When I saw this gift idea on the Rec-Etch website, I thought it would be perfect for a dear friend's 80th birthday. But since I had only a week until the birthday, I never dreamed I could get such a terrific pesonalized gift in time. But I was assured it would arrive in plenty of time, and I actually received it a few days early. The recipient was thrilled with the unique gift and I'm so happy I found this company. The decanter was even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. A great gift and a great company!
The product was fine. I requested that it be ship out ASAP because of time to Birthday. I was surprise that I was told that it was shipped the next day. But it didn't arrive for a week and a day late for Birthday.
