How long will it take?

As a small business, we pride ourselves on our ability to react quickly to your needs. There is no rush job too fast, we just need to have a plan.

As all of our products are made-to-order, we typically ask for 5 business days to create your personalized product that will last a lifetime.

Additionally, UPS shipping will take from 1-5 days depending on how far you are from us.

That means you should have your personalized, one-of-a-kind etched beauty in never longer than 2 weeks.

But we understand sometimes the perfect gift doesn't find you until the last minute.

    How to get your order rushed:

    Upon request, we can almost always complete your order and meet any deadline. But we need to have clear communication.

    1. While we do not charge additional fees for expediting our production process, UPS does. At checkout, please choose the expedited shipping service (3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day) based on when you need it. Please add at least one day for production.
    2. After you make your purchase, reply to your order confirmation email and request the date that you need to have the order in hand.

      Spirit titles are etched on the second side of the decanter with label designs from our Mid Century Collection.

      Will it arrive on time?
      Always! Decanters are made to order and we ask for 1 week to process plus shipping time. If you need your order by a specific date please send us an email and we will do everything in our power to make it happen.

      Will it arrive safely? I've seen YouTube videos of the delivery guy throwing boxes over the fence.
      It will! We have 8 years of shipping glass under our belts. We know just how rough these boxes get treated and we pack them to stay safe. If anything, we are over protective! Click here for more information

      Will my expensive liquor get tarnished?
      No way! Unlike wine, distilled spirits do not oxidize or change with exposure to air. The main concern is that alcohol evaporates quickly (called the angel's share) but we upgraded our stoppers to ensure an air tight seal to keep your precious spirits safe and secure.
